Singapore shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping (1-3 working days) to all addresses within Singapore.

International shipping

We offer Flat-Rate International Economy Shipping (14-20 working days), of $50 to US, UK & CA orders, and $35 to all remaining countries. Please note that recipients will be required to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.

If you have an urgent order you would like expedited, please email us at hello@jenevieve.studio. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to expedite your order, but will try our best to get your order to you by the date that you need it.

It’s important to us that you love your purchase.

We accept returns 5 business days after delivery for Singapore orders and 10 business days after delivery for International orders.

Unless returning or exchanging a defective or damaged item, customers are responsible for arranging shipping and covering the costs of returns.

Please note that the responsibility of safely shipping the return falls on you, if you are unsure about safely packaging your pieces, please have a trusted shipper pack your items for you. Items broken or damaged in transit will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure returns are delivered undamaged, in pristine condition and in its original packaging.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process after your return is received in acceptable conditions.

All “Seconds” and items marked "Final Sale" on the product page are non-refundable.

If there are items missing from your order, please email hello@jenevieve.studio so we can get you your pieces.

If any items arrive broken, damaged or flawed, please send us a photograph at hello@jenevieve.studio and we’ll work on sending you a replacement as soon as possible!
